1. Close Outlook.
2. Search & open "Cloud signature update agent" in your computer.
a. (If you are not logged in) login with your KUFPEC credentials to update the new signature in your outlook.
b. (If you are logged in) the update will happen in the background.
3. Wait a few seconds to complete the update then open outlook & create new email to view your updated signature.
